Welcome to our digital SIXT location! To enjoy the full digital self-service experience, please verify your details before your rental. This one-time process only takes a few minutes. Simply follow the instructions you will receive by email and provide your personal information and driver's license data. We will then prepare your vehicle and you will receive a QR code that you can use to pick up your key from our keybox. If you do not receive a QR code in advance, please come to the branch.

Coming from the A2 towards Berlin, follow the motorway junction 68-Magdeburg. Take one of the two right-hand lanes and follow the signs for Magdeburg Zentrum B189. Follow the B189 until the exit towards Olvenstedt/Klinikum MD/Zoo. Now follow Hundisburger Straße for approximately 500 meters. At the main intersection, turn right onto Lübecker Straße. Follow Lübecker Straße for 800 meters. The SIXT branch is located inside Neustadt-Karree, directly opposite the "Mittagstraße" tram stop.

Take tram lines 1, 9 and 10 to the "Mittagstraße" stop. The SIXT branch is directly opposite, in the Neustadt-Karree.

Vehicle returns take place in our underground car park, which is located in the inner courtyard behind the SIXT branch. Access to the inner courtyard is via Ankerstrasse. To enter the underground car park, please ring the bell at the counter in the entrance before entering. After entering the underground car park, park the vehicle in a signposted SIXT parking space. Then follow the signs and exit the underground car park through the stairwell. After leaving the Neustadt-Karree, turn left and the SIXT branch is approximately 20 meters away on the left. You can hand the keys to a member of staff at the counter during our opening hours. Vans and trucks are returned in the inner courtyard; the entrance is also on Ankerstrasse. Please park your rented van/truck in the marked parking spaces in the partially covered parking bays. Please return the key to the SIXT branch. If there are no more parking spaces available in the inner courtyard, you can also park the vans on Ankerstrasse, as per German Road Traffic Regulations.
